['Thinking too much'? That was something that could happen? Elizabeth meets the kiss, though there's definitely some worry still there.]

So if someone had come to you, when things were at their absolute worst, and said that someday you would meet me, that would have made it easier to bear? Even in the moment?

[That does give Gai the briefest pause as he considers it. If someone had come to him on one of those days where he had questioned why he had survived at all, where he had doubted that things would ever get better, and told him that someday he would meet someone who would love him unconditionally and stay by his side and support him...]

... I think it would have. The one thing I'd wanted more than anything else for my entire life was to not be alone.

[The image breaks her heart more than anything that Gai's said so far. She can only see Gai trembling alone under a blanket of some sort, wishing he could have someone to care for him and stay with him.]

[The image was so familiar.]

If I could, right now, I would rip open a tear and find you when you're eight. And I would promise you all of that. [Elizabeth runs her hand over his cheek, her eyes watering.]

[Again he turns his head to the side so that he can kiss that hand and nuzzle into her palm. He understands why she's sad and doesn't blame her one bit, but he doesn't want her spending her time thinking about what-ifs and might-haves. The present is the present, and both of them have the future ahead of them.]

You can promise me that now... as far as I'm concerned, that's just as good.

But you were probably such a darling little boy. [She kisses his cheek and then his lips.] Round face, small shoulders, big wondering eyes. I would be absolutely helpless to resist.

Are you saying you don't like how handsome I am now?

[His tone is playful, teasing, and he tugs her right up against him so that her body is flush against the muscles of his chest and abdomen. Cheating? Perhaps it is.]

[Yes, it's totally cheating. But she doesn't really mind. Gai would have been cute as a little boy, but damn. He sure didn't have all of that when he was eight. Elizabeth bites her lip coyly, then starts lavishing attention down Gai's chest. Over his collarbone, down his sternum, hands and mouth.]

[Her attention to his chest draws a rumbling chuckle from him as he tilts his head backwards just slightly in order to give her more room to work. Yes, he's rather proud of his physique-- it did take hours of effort and training to obtain it, after all. She can enjoy it as much as she likes; there will be no complaints from him.]

I'll take that as a "yes."

It's a definite yes. [She nuzzles around Gai's nipple before putting her lips over it.]

[Gai's breath catches in his throat at the feeling of her lips on such a sensitive portion of his anatomy. It had felt good enough when she'd played with them with her fingers, to be sure, but there's something about the softer skin of her lips that stokes a new flame down in the pit of his stomach.

The quiet hiss of pleasure he gives in response translates to "Yes, please."]

[Elizabeth grins against his skin, feeding off of the encouragement Gai's sounds are giving her. She hums happily against his nipple before pulling away to look up at him. Best ask before things get out of hand...]

[That is definitely a quiet sound of disappointment when she pulls her lips away, but he can bear it when he hears the question that follows.]

However you want. I'm far from picky when it comes to this sort of thing.

[He lets his eyes fall half-shut and chews on his lip thoughtfully as if thinking... which is, of course, a very deliberate action meant to tease her.]

Well... Maybe you should start by telling me one. [She grins back, both gleeful and mischievous. Elizabeth wants to play a little and be playful. The past three times have left her feeling both satisfied and a little giddy, so she's confident right now.]

[And oh, she has no idea what she's prompting. Hopefully she'll like some of the suggestions Gai has, even if they're a whole lot dirtier than the fantasies she confessed to him.]

I'd like to make love to you while you're still wearing your corset and stockings.

[In his mind, there's something deliciously naughty about half-dressed sex that he finds very appealing. As much as he hates that corset, the mental image is sexy enough that he's willing to tolerate it for that.]

[Dirty she can handle. In fact, Elizabeth has become so comfortable with Gai and sharing things with him that were intimate and could be embarrassing, that she isn't at all hesitant or surprised when Gai tells her what he wants.]

[In fact, she looks intrigued, and a little excited by the image herself. There's her little romantic fantasies, but there was a time for romance and there was a time for fun and pleasure.]

You're going to have to lace me up... [She grins and nibbles at Gai's jaw again. Truth be told, she could tighten her laces herself, but she wants Gai to do it.]

[She'll be able to feel the muscles of his face tug upwards into a smile when she nibbles at him; in response, he gives another squeeze to her rear, this time firmer and more playful.]

Now you're just taking advantage of the fact that I'm willing to come within ten feet of that thing for this.

[He still hates that corset and everything about it... except for the thought of her wearing that, the stockings and nothing else, because that's hot. Fighting with the laces is a sacrifice he's willing to make if it means getting to see that mental image become a reality.

... she might need to drag him back to earth first, though, because his imagination is already running away with him.]

[Elizabeth squeals when Gai squeezes her again and laughs delightedly. She's very much enjoying this kind of play with Gai--not serious or carefully planned, just playing together. With intimacy included of course, but it was all fun.]

Oh you'll love it, trust me. [Nope, she's doing absolutely nothing to pull him back. But she does roll away from Gai to go find her corset. Gai threw it somewhere in the living room, obviously...] It's already laced, you just have to tighten it. I promise-- [She turns around at the door and winks at him before slinking out the door.] I'll make it worth the trouble.

[Sultry move is made less sensual by Elizabeth twirling and giggling once she's out of sight.]

[It is playing, when you get right down to it, and as such it's still something rather new to Gai, whose idea of "playing around" had previously been more along the lines of having a drink or two or shooting a few rounds of pool. But this is nice and fun and certainly intimate, and to be honest, he's enjoying this part every bit as much as he is the sex itself.

Right now there's nothing to the world outside of the two of them and whatever they decide to get up to this afternoon and evening. And with Elizabeth being so receptive to his ideas... something tells him there's going to be a lot more play in store.]

Just like tying a shoelace, was that it? I think I should be able to handle that.

... even though that isn't the part I really want to be handling.

[She can tease him all she wants; he'll just tease right back as he rolls halfway over so that he can enjoy the view as she heads off in search of the corset.]

First things first! [She laughs and scans the living room. True to his word, Gai had thrown it in the corner. Elizabeth sighs quietly and chuckles. Poor Gai really hated it, didn't he?]

[She picks it up and re-busks it around her body then, after checking to make sure Gai wasn't coming around the corner, she tightens it a little so it won't slip while she walks. It feels just like when she'd been wearing Lady Comstock's dress, but even less coverage. If she raises her arms, she would just... pop out. Then she goes to her bag and fishes out her stockings, slides them on and clips them in place.]

[And wow... she really does feel something, being nearly clothed and nearly naked at the same time. It's like a little switch has been flipped, and Elizabeth feels a little predatory with just a few articles of clothing on.]

[She slides back into Gai's room, pulling all of her hair forward over one shoulder.]

Is this what you imagined?

[Gai thinks she said something. He's pretty sure she just said something to him, but his mind seems to have lost its ability to process anything other than what he's looking at right now, which isn't saying much because he isn't even sure where he wants to be looking the most. This is far, far better than anything his imagination had been able to provide him with, that much is for certain.

Slowly, ever so slowly, he manages to reboot his brain enough to let his eyes drift over the entirety of her body, down and up and then down again. (His mouth may also be hanging slightly open, not that he realizes this.)

This was perhaps one of the best ideas he's ever had in his entire life.]

[Elizabeth smiles, like a true femme fatale, and crosses back to the bed, deliberately swinging her hips as she walks.]

[She climbs back onto the bed and slides close to Gai--but just out of reach.] Can you move your hands enough to tighten me up a little? [Elizabeth looks pointedly down in the direction of her breasts, which are still threatening to fall out of her corset.] It tends to give these a lift.

[Words. What are words and how do they work? He's having a little trouble with this.]

... yeah.

[Except where his hands are reaching is definitely NOT for the laces of the corset, but for said assets that look like they're about to runneth over. You know, just to help put them back in properly.

[The laces are loose, but not terribly so. There isn't much to tighten, but Gai can no doubt appreciate the aesthetic qualities of her skin peeking out behind the lace.]
