"...Bright colors for stealth operatives. How about that." At least it wasn't outer space full of rainbows.
"Well, I'm guessing that because you're a marine you know how to fire a gun. And I'm pretty good at stealth operations myself. Maybe we'll work on something together sometime."
"I just wore the armor, I didn't design it." He shrugs. "Figure our Uniform will be a little more subdued here but that's fine. I was under the impression we were gonna be paired up. Partners."
"Partners?" This is clearly new information to her, and she doesn't look thrilled. She's only had one person she's considered to be a partner, and that's Booker. It would always be Booker, and only him.
"Gosh, that sounds like it could be really great, but I'm not the best partner. For anybody, really. I usually work by myself."
"And I used to have a squad till- well let's just say shit went bad real quick." He hadn't really tried his hand at a proper partnership since then. "We'll figure it out."
"I meant the Order of Justice thing. Whether we work together or solo, man, that depends on what needs doing more than anything else, right? I figure we work on our own to start we'll cover more ground." Backups' wrothwhile but they can both get around pretty quick, right?

"Well I used to have a partner too, and I lost him. Not really in a rush to 'figure it out' again."

"Alright, I'm willing to be flexible while we both get our feet planted in the Order. I'm not against giving it a try, I guess."
