[Elizabeth sees the message on her datapad during a break from moving her things from Lawrence's to Booker's, but once she sees who it's from she's internally swearing at the pad to load the message faster. It's silly, yes, but Elizabeth thinks she's allowed to be excited to hear from someone who made her feel... feminine and beautiful.]
[She reads the message and barely reins in a little blush and squirm. Yes, she'd definitely earned this. If she hadn't down in the sewers, she certainly had when she'd crawled through that dark death-trap outside the dome. And when she'd been on the receiving end of infected who just didn't want to face the needle. Now that she's remembering all of that, her back is starting to feel a little sore.]
Dear Juliett,
It's so good to hear from you again. I'm sorry I haven't had a minute to contact you since the last time we spoke, I feel like everything has been a whirlwind since the trial. All the more reason for me to be very excited at the idea of a day out. I can use one of my leave days at the Order tomorrow or the next day, whichever suits your schedule best.
I should tell you, though, I've had a change of address-- I'm living in D4 at the moment, in the Immune housing. With my father.
[...she hopes that's enough of a hint that whatever 'sinful' things go on, they shouldn't end up in a place where Booker could see. She's open and honest with Booker, sure... but not that honest just yet.]
Not that he would object to a day out, I'm sure he thinks I work too hard. But he's just arrived, he doesn't understand a lot of what's going on here just yet. He hasn't heard a lot of what's happened to me, yet.
I'm rambling, I have a lot on my mind. Yes, please send a car for me, I'll be yours all day long!
